Waiver Agreement for Valuable, Cash and Personal Items

This is a binding legal document governed by the laws of the State of Virginia.

By engaging in services provided by Framas Sisters LLC (FMS LLC), the undersigned agrees to the following terms and conditions:

In consideration of hiring FMS LLC to perform cleaning services for your home or property, I hereby release FMS LLC and its agents from any claims, demands, or causes of action related to missing or damaged personal property, including small valuables or cash. This waiver does not apply to claims regarding the quality of service or general property damage, as FMS LLC maintains appropriate insurance coverage for such incidents.

For the protection of both the company and the client, all valuables, cash, and sensitive items, such as jewelry or important documents, must be securely locked away or removed from the premises during cleaning. For example, please ensure that jewelry boxes and similar items are stored in a safe location.

FMS LLC and its agents will not be held responsible for the loss of property if the client fails to secure valuables and cash as outlined above. In the event of any legal dispute, all legal fees incurred by both parties will be the sole responsibility of the respective party. This applies to second- and third-party bookings, as well as all individuals affiliated with the service. Any legal claims will be resolved in Stafford, Virginia.

The terms and conditions of this agreement (the “Agreement”) constitute a binding legal contract between you and FMS LLC (or its appropriate entity). By using or receiving any services provided by the company, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any future amendments or additions to this agreement.
